We are seeking a talented and professional Esthetician/Nail Tech to join our beauty team in the heart of Blue Mountain Village. This role involves providing high-quality Waterless nail services to clients in a welcoming and hygienic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to sanitation standards. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your skills in facial waxing, nail care, brow & lash services and retail sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities/What we’re Looking for
– Provide professional Water less nail care services such as manicures and pedicures
– Perform facial waxing, Lash & Brow Services with attention to client comfort and safety
– Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols for all tools and work areas
– Educate clients on aftercare routines, product recommendations, and retail options to enhance their experience
– Up-sell products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
– Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and addressing client needs effectively
– Communicate clearly with clients about treatments, aftercare instructions, and product usage
– Maintain a Professional, Reliable and Positive attitude
– Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
