At Beauty Incubator Recruitment, you’ll work with Grace Burzese, who brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in the aesthetics and wellness industry and her team who also have extensive experience working across our industry.

Grace started her career as a licensed aesthetician in Toronto, Canada and over the years has built a diverse and successful career, highlights of which include:

  • Global trainer for leading skincare and pharmaceutical brands
  • Business consultant for spas and clinics
  • Guest speaker at prestigious events such as the Oscars and Sundance Festival
