SKINNEY Medspa is a luxury aesthetics and wellness brand with locations in NYC and Miami, specializing in advanced non-invasive treatments, body contouring, injectables, skin rejuvenation, and medical grade skincare.

We are seeking polished, sales driven professionals who thrive in luxury client environments and have a proven ability to convert consultations into high value client relationships.

About the Role

This is a high touch, consultative sales role focused on converting leads into loyal clients through exceptional client experience, relationship building, and strategic treatment recommendations.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a major role in driving clinic revenue and client retention.

This is not an entry level sales role. We are looking for confident closers who are motivated by performance, growth, and high earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person and virtual consultations for aesthetic treatments and skincare
  • Build trust and excitement with prospective clients
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Convert inbound leads into booked consultations and treatments
  • Follow up with leads through phone, text, email, and CRM systems
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client documentation
  • Stay knowledgeable on all services, memberships, promotions, and products
  • Deliver a luxury level client experience at every touchpoint

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of luxury sales or high-end consultative sales experience REQUIRED
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a performance driven environment
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in aesthetics, medspa, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, or luxury hospitality preferred
  • GHL and Boulevard experience preferred

This is a highly performance driven role. Ideal candidates have experience consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals in luxury, aesthetic, consultative, or high ticket sales environments.
