(“BI Recruit”).  References to “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms and conditions are to BI Recruit and also includes, where applicable, our affiliates, service providers, suppliers and sub-contractors.

The Site is intended for and directed to users who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.

All Users

BI Recruit do not allow users based in locations subject to sanctions by the United States, Canada, United Kingdom or any countries within the European Union

You may only use this Site for lawful purposes when seeking employment or help with your career. You must not under any circumstances seek to undermine the security of the Site or any information submitted to or available through it. In particular, but without limitation, you must not seek to access, alter or delete any information to which you do not have authorized access, seek to overload the system via spamming or flooding, take any action or use any device, routine or software to crash, delay, damage or otherwise interfere with the operation of this Site or attempt to decipher, disassemble or modify any of the software, coding or information comprised in the Site. You are solely responsible for any information submitted by you to this Site and for ensuring that such information is true, accurate, up-to-date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive and that it is not discriminatory, obscene, offensive, defamatory or otherwise illegal, unlawful or in breach of any applicable legislation, regulations, guidelines or codes of practice or the copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property rights of any person in any jurisdiction. Job seekers

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for and liable for any content created as part of your candidate profile or placed by you anywhere else on the Site.

BI Recruit reserves the right to delete your account after a period of inactivity or for violation of these terms.

You are permitted to use the site only to find employment opportunities

When you create a profile on BI Recruit you acknowledge and agree that your resume and profile is searchable by Employers.

You agree and give your consent that your resume and profile may also be used by any BI Recruit affiliated company.


When you create an account on BI Recruit you warrant that you have the authority to do so on behalf of an Employer

Job Posts

Job Posts are created by Employers and BI Recruit is not liable whatsoever for the content of the Job Posts and you acknowledge and agree that BI Recruit has no control over the posts any links contained therein or for any conditions that the Job Post creator imposes once contact has been made with them.

Job Posts:

  1. Must relate to positions within the Aesthetic and Wellness Industry; and
  2. Must be for one position (multiple openings for the same position is acceptable i.e. 3 medical aestheticians required for a single location but not 2 medical aestheticians and 1 aesthetician for a single location; and
  3. Must not violate any law; and
  4. Must not must not advertise for positions of a sexual nature; and
  5. Must not discriminate against any group in society; and
  6. Must not be in locations subject to sanctions by the United States, Canada, United Kingdom or any countries within the European Union.

If you post a job you warrant that the information contained therein is accurate and truthful and any links contained in the ad are safe to use. You further warrant that you are authorized to post the job and that you have all rights including moral rights in the content.


In no event whatsoever and to the fullest extent of the law shall we be liable for any damages whatsoever and howsoever caused arising from your use or inability to use the Site.

The Site and all content contained within is provided on an ‘as is’ basis and we make no warranties whatsoever about it.

All users agree that they use the Site at completely their own risk. Users assume full liability for using the Site and indemnify and hold harmless us from any actions or demands resulting from the use or misuse of the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our Site or any content on it, whether express or implied. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BI Recruit and its affiliates, service providers, suppliers and sub-contractors and all of their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, information providers, service providers, suppliers, subcontractors, licensors and licensees (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against any and all liabilities, expenses and costs, including without limitation reasonable legal fees and expenses, incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim or demand arising out of, related to, or connected with your use of the Site or your breach of these terms and conditions; and you agree to assist and cooperate as fully as reasonably required by the Indemnified Parties in the defense of any such claim or demand.


Your account may be terminated:

  1. if you violate these terms; or
  2. at BI Recruits sole discretion.

All terms which should survive termination shall survive termination including but not limited to indemnity, limitations of liability, ownership and use of content.

Refund eligibility

References to “you” in these terms and conditions are references to Employers.

“Users” means any person, Candidate or Employer who uses or visits the website.

If you have purchased a package and are unable to post a job so that it is visible to Users of the website, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund.

In order to be eligible for a full or partial refund:

  1. you must have used the website in accordance with the terms and conditions
  2. you must have posted the job correctly
  3. the reason for the job posting not being visible to Users must be within the reasonable control of BI Recruit, if the reason is outside the reasonable control of BI Recruit. then you will lose your eligibility for a refund.
  4. you must have applied for a refund, your refund (once approved) will be calculated from the date we receive your valid refund application.

For a refund application to be valid it must contain:

  1. Your company name
  2. The job posting reference number for which the refund application applies
  3. Reason for the refund including a full description of how the job posting was created
  4. The date you became aware that the job posting was not visible to Users of the Site

You application for a refund must be received within 5 calendar days of you become aware (or from when a reasonable person would have been aware) that the job posting was not visible to users of the Site.

Single job package:

If you are eligible for a refund, the amount of refund will be calculated on a pro – rata basis which will start on the business day following your request to BI Recruit for a refund.

Multiple job package:

If you are eligible for a refund, the amount of refund will be calculated on a pro – rata basis which will start on the business day following your request to BI Recruit for a refund. This will be calculated on a per job posting basis i.e. you need to apply for a refund for each job posting that you believe you are entitled to a refund for. A refund given on one job posting will not affect the remaining job postings within your package.

No refund payment will be made until BI Recruit has reviewed the refund request and determined it valid. BI Recruit will have absolute and sole discretion in determining whether a refund request is valid or not.

BI Recruit gives no guarantee that the Site will be available to Site Users 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

BI Recruit reserves the right to amend, modify or update this refund policy at any time without notice, all amendments, modifications or updates will be effective immediately they are posted to these terms and conditions.

Exclusive Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions, and any matter applicable to your direct or indirect use of this Site, shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the Federal laws applicable in the Province of Ontario. Any dispute shall be settled in the courts located in the Province of Ontario, though the foregoing shall not limit the ability of BI Recruit from seeking injunctions and remedies in other jurisdictions which are required to stop continuing breaches of these terms by you.
