The Spa at Dalvay is seeking skilled, guest-focused Aestheticians / Spa Therapists to join our boutique resort spa team for the 2026 season. Located within one of PEI’s most iconic coastal destinations, our spa offers refined, relaxation-driven experiences using Eminence Organic Skin Care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a full range of aesthetic services, including:
Relaxation massage (non-therapeutic)
Customized facials using Eminence Organic Skin Care
Manicures and pedicures
Waxing and other core aesthetic treatments
Deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences in a luxury spa setting
Confidently recommend skincare and retail products to support guest results
Maintain high standards of sanitation, professionalism, and treatment room readiness
Communicate clearly and warmly with guests and team members
Support smooth daily spa operations and a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
Certified Aesthetician / Spa Therapist (must meet provincial licensing requirements)
Comfortable and confident providing massage, facials, and all core aesthetic services
Experience with Eminence Organic Skin Care is an asset (training provided if needed)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong attention to detail and a calm, professional demeanor
Reliable, punctual, and guest-focused
Spa or hospitality experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Starting wage: $17/hour
Tiered service commission
