Beauty Incubator Recruitment are pleased to announce that we are working with one of Toronto’s leading 5* hotels who are looking for an extraordinary Spa Director who can elevate the spa to become Toronto’s go to luxury spa destination.
As the Spa Director you will be part of the Hotels senior leadership team and you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of 12-15 highly motivated spa professionals
- Developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies
- Recruitment and ongoing development of Spa employees
- Establishing financial budgets and goals
- Payroll
- Creating strategies to elevate the Spa to be come Toronto’s go- to luxury spa.
