Job Description
Beauty Incubator has been retained by a physician based aesthetic clinic in Guelph, Ontario who are looking for a highly motivated Medical Aesthetician who is dependable, personable and who takes pride in helping others to join their team.
The successful candidate, will have sales experience, provide excellent customer service, have a friendly/outgoing personality, and build lasting client relationships.
Job Description:
The Accountabilities:
- Perform all medical aesthetic services in a professional and safe manner
- Coordinate with other staff to ensure exceptional delivery of service
- Contacting new leads and current patients to book in for consultation or treatment
- Support the team in achieving overall monthly performance targets
- Identify client goals and recommend services and products to achieve optimal results while ensuring client safety
- Educate clients on use of skincare products and recommend products to meet their needs
- High level of professionalism and competence within the medical industry.
- Maintain equipment and follow proper safety measures
- Accurately documenting charts; take before and after photos
- Respond to post procedure follow ups
- Understanding the value of good customer care and improving health and wellness
- Maintain quality service by following clinic protocol
Skills and Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Medical Aesthetician Certificate, and minimum 2 years experience
- Excellent writing and oral skills
- Assist Dermatologist with CO2 laser treatments and injectables
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Great sales techniques: ability to sell and upgrade services and skincare products
- Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills
- Knowledge of skin types, conditions, and basic treatments
- Self-motivated, punctual, and work in a collaborative team environment
- Able to multi task in a fast paced environment
Hours:
- Monday – Friday – 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Monday – Friday – 9:00am – 6:00 pm
- Occasional Saturdays
Pay structure:
- Hourly rate + commission structure
Location:
- Two locations, primarily in Guelph and occasionally in Burlington
